Who Is Cletis Tout?

The MM - "Forger Christian Slater escapes from prison with Richard Dreyfuss and assumes a new identity with the name Cletis Tout. To Slater's dismay he soon learns that hitman and classic movie buff Tim Allen has been contracted to take out Tout. After Dreyfuss's untimely death, Slater teams up with Richard's daughter Portia de Rossi (caution: link may contain nudity) to try and retrieve the million dollar diamond stash Dreyfuss hid before his incarceration. A show stealing performance by Allen with adequate help from the rest of the cast, and an interesting, if not always believable story line, told in flashbacks, make this movie watchable but not memorable.
