Star Wars II Attack of the Clones

The MM - "This is the second prequel to the trilogy which makes it Star Wars number five and they keep getting worse. This two hour plus formulaic melodrama features a lame plot, inane dialogue, and horrible acting. Examples of the previous three points are too numerous to list but one of the most glaring weaknesses is the hokey romance between Senator Amidala and Anakin Skywalker. Even the scene that has generated all the buzz is a laughable fight sequence between a geriatric evil Jedi and the loveable Yoda who, seconds after being dependent on a cane in order to locomote at a snail's pace, becomes a light saber wielding gymnast. George Lucas is laughing all the way to the bank as movie goers camp out over night, line up around the block, and waste millions of dollars on pretty set designs, colorful graphics, computer generated special effects, and twenty five years of hype."
