The MM - "The Nickolodeon cartoon character with the football shaped head and the ever optimistic attitude takes on a corporate giant who wants to turn the neighborhood into a shopping mall. Arnold rallies the troops and leads them in their undaunted effort to find the misplaced legal document that declares the neighborhood a historical landmark and blocks the corporate takeover. Simplistic in every aspect, this is nothing more than a Saturday morning cartoon expanded seventy five minutes. The only reason to travel to the theater for this one is if you want to reward the little Arnold fans in your family who might request the trip."
