Formula 51

The MM - "Samuel (I love to get paid) Jackson plays a chemist who lost his ability to make money legitimately after and arrest thirty years ago. Now he manufactures designer drugs for Los Angeles crime boss Meat Loaf. Jackson develops a new "perfect" drug and proceeds to double cross Meat Loaf, dons a Kilt, flies to London, and offers to sell his invention to any member of the British underworld who is willing to pay twenty million dollars. Jackson's European vacation is a no plot action adventure featuring shoot outs, car chases, exploding buildings, exploding people, a seductive hit woman Emily Mortimer, a psychotic soccer fan (Robert Carlyle), lethal golf clubs and more obscene language than a Goliard staff meeting. Uneven, unbelievable and unfunny, the only formula this movie invents is the one for failure.
