Babealicious Bosworth is a child surfing sensation who can not overcome an earlier accident and fulfill her potential. Best friend Michelle Rodriguez decides that it is her calling to get Bosworth ready for the big North Shore Pipeline tournament and secure the corporate endorsement they have always dreamed of. In the meantime, Bosworth has fallen in love with a pro quarterback who is in Hawaii for the NFL Allstar game.
