Whatever the plot, something about kidnapping children and an implant that causes heart attacks, Banderas and Liu decide to blow up, beat up, and shoot up everything in sight. Ballistic is nothing more than another greedy effort by Hollywood to make money from action instead of acting." Ed's note - This is also the worst movie title ever
