Movie Man note - Amelie is France's largest grossing movie ever and its financial success is well deserved. Amelie was the MM's pick for the Academy Awards best foreign film. However, to be fair, the film that won has only just arrived in the old pueblo and I haven't had the chance to see it yet. Watch this space for my verdict.
